Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room was fantabulous, but the bathroom had a lingering stench that made the whole area unpleasant. The friendly service helped to make up for some shortcomings in cleanliness, and the location, although central, could be dodgy at night. The dining experience was satisfying, with a good variety of dishes available. Overall, a decent place with both positives and negatives to consider.
The hotel's location is fantastic, making it very accessible and within walking distance to the V&A Waterfront. The rooms, however, were dark and dingy, with one facing a wall, which was unpleasant. The service from the desk staff and kitchen bar staff was very professional and helpful. The dining experience was okay but could have been improved with fresher tasting options. The pool area and the friendly staff were highlights of the facilities.
The hotel's location is superb, close to transportation hubs and key venues we wanted to explore. The service was exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. However, the noisy dining area and some room conditions were drawbacks. The facilities offered were convenient and modern, adding value to the experience.
Staying at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. While the new upgraded rooms were a pleasant surprise, they lacked basic kitchen amenities like utensils and even a dish cloth. However, the terrible smell in the room, reminiscent of wet carpet, was a big letdown especially after a long trip with the family.
